Healthy Homemade Ferrero Rocher (Hazelnut) Banana Balls
These Banana Chocolate Rocher Balls are a healthy, delicious blend of dark chocolate, banana, and hazelnuts—perfect for a quick, guilt-free treat!

- 120 g dark chocolate
- 80 ml banana puree
- A pinch of cinnamon
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 75 g roasted whole hazelnuts 15-16 for the centers, remaining roughly chopped for rolling
- 50 g additional dark chocolate for drizzling optional
Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the melted chocolate, banana puree, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until smooth and creamy.
Form the Candies:
Once chilled, take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a whole hazelnut in the center, then mold the mixture around the nut to form a ball. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
